In the classes category, some weapon descriptions are inaccurate, such as the shattered vow polearm and Mjolnic ring for druids. The Khamsin Steppwalkers' Khamsin Steppewalkers gain infinite duration when activated with zero charges, which is unintended. Necromancer skills like Hand of Naz don't upgrade skeletal arch-mages correctly, and key nodes in the hulking monstrosity paragon board lack descriptive text. Rogue's star shards aspect improperly updates charge counters, while poison traps cease to spawn when shadow clone and bursting venoms aspects are combined. Sorcerer’s snowveiled aspect provides damage reduction instead of armor, and Esadora’s overflowing cameo doesn't affect multiple enemies when used with crackling energy. The Spiritborn protector's initial hit does no damage, and the Rod of Kepeleke can cause vigor costs to double when using payback. Some legendary nodes, like Sapping, don't function properly, and the Path of Emissary doesn't scale correctly with additional greater affixes.

Regarding masterworking, items below 750 power can now be masterworked, and non-ancestral items are eligible for capstoning to gain greater affixes. Items with all greater affixes can also be capstoned. However, the reset icon for all ranks displays incorrectly, and some items lack proper upgrade quality progress text.

In sanctification, items at 750 power cannot be sanctified in torment difficulties. Heavenly sigils do not specify their acquisition sources in tooltips. Items with the indestructible affix appear sanctified erroneously, and lighting issues affect the heavenly forge area. Players cannot access the sanctuary map within the forge, and visual effects indicating sanctification availability remain after using the reward portal, even when further sanctification isn't possible.

Item-related problems include jewelry base stats incorrectly calculating resistances from diamonds and placeholder texts on several items. Additionally, artificer stones may still drop in-game, which is unintended.

Combat tuning adjustments may result in excessively high incoming damage, potentially affecting gameplay balance.

For lesser evils, players can't reopen Belial’s hoard after defeating Azmodan, and lesser evil memories can be auto-looted, which might be an oversight.

Season ranking features various UI, text, and placeholder bugs. Using certain boosts from Mrak can block objective completion. Some objectives are completable before reaching the required rank, such as the master at work, and others like lucid fever can be completed via non-world events. Earning Obducite from nightmare dungeon completion doesn't progress the lucid dreams objective. Several objectives tied to specific game modes or events, like in Sin, Valor, Hell Pangs, Grim Collector, and Power Beyond, remain unfinishable.

In the Tower, portal interaction is disabled in normal difficulty. Dungeons, specifically the Torrid Menagerie capstone, can trigger item effects due to heat effects, and the sanctuary map isn't accessible inside capstone dungeons. Progression in escalating nightmare dungeons is currently blocked.
